Description: This is a bell choir for ringers of an advanced level. They perform throughout the year in worship services and for special programs in the community.
Hurst Handbell Ensemble
Rehearsals: Mondays at 12:30 p.m.
Description: This bell choir is for those adults who want to learn how to play bells. This choir is open to anyone who wishes to come and play. This bell choir performs throughout the year in worship services and the community.
First Rehearsal: September 11th.
Faith Matters Band
Rehearsals: Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
Description: The FUMC Faith Matters Band is a group made up of adults and youth who play contemporary Christian Music and lead us in the Faith Matters contemporary Worship Service every Sunday morning at 8:50 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Faith Center. Children's Chimes
Rehearsals: Wednesday, 5:45 p.m. Handbell Room
Description: This choir teaches children how to read notes on the musical staff, to count rhythms, and ultimately play in an ensemble using proper chiming techniques. Choir chimes are a particular style of bells with a wonderful and unique sound.
First Rehearsal: Wednesday, September 13th - 5:45 p.m.
Youth Handbell Ensemble
The Youth Handbell Ensemble is open to any youth who wants to play. It rehearses seasonally. Please contact the music office.
